At Lilienthal Berlin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your order isn't a perfect match, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your watch and any accessories in the original Lilienthal Berlin box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received and inspected at our Berlin studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
